We have introduced to our customers various kinds of U.S. hedge funds, private equity funds and IT venture funds. We also structure tailor-made fund of funds to serve each investor's objective. Private Equity We provide advisory services in private equity investment. We served as an advisor in capital-raising in Japan for a Chicago-based new media company last year. Structured Products We structure various kinds of financial products to meet investors' individual needs. We structured and underwrote the private placement of securities backed by consumer loan credit last year. We also have extensive experience and capability to structure collateral bond obligations (CBOs). M&A We provide financial advisory services with respect to mergers and acquisitions by leveraging our special network in the world.
