Message from Chairman
		We have entered a major revolutionary period of the Japanese financial and securities industries in wave of deregulation and globalization. In January 1998, we established a new securities company based on our belief that this very revolutionary period will surely create new business opportunities and room for business expansion newcomers can pursue. Our company was named “Axes”, with the hope and determination that the company will grow in line with the globalization of the world capital markets, and become the axes of global capital markets. The name also interprets our ambition to establish our axes in the international financial arena in the twenty-first century by linking our own foothold in the major capital markets in the world. We will pursue our business opportunities in bridging our customers’ individual needs to the global market resources. Our professionals with the profound knowledge and experience, that they cultivated though their services at foreign and domestic securities firms, are ready to dedicate themselves to our customers’ success.
